Chauffeur Rates

Our chauffeur rates are available on request. If you would like a quote, please complete an enquiry form. We are available for short journeys, long journeys, airport transfers, half-day hire and full-day hire. DrivenByQ do not provide quotes for wedding cars, prom cars or stretched limousines. Under licensing restrictions some of our vehicles are prohibited from pubs, clubs or supermarkets. Journeys are deemed to start or end at Brook Street, Wrexham or St. David’s Hotel, Ewloe.

DrivenByQ offer VAT invoices for business account customers. Alternatively passengers can pay by card in the vehicle (with an immediate receipt by email). A minimum fee of £42 applies to all journeys. Airport journeys start from £85. From time of touchdown, DrivenByQ include thirty-minutes waiting for free. At all airports, a meet and greet service is included as standard.

  • An estate car (or station wagon) for up to four people costs 1.15x a saloon car (or sedan)
  • A people carrier (or minivan) for up to six passengers costs 1.5x a saloon car
  • A people carrier for up to eight passengers costs 1.65x a saloon car
  • Mercedes S Class (LWB) VIP car available on request ( min fee £149 )

There are no surcharges for journeys overnight but car parks, toll roads, ferries, chunnel, trains and transporter bridges charged at prevailing rates.

  • Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, midday to midnight is 50% extra.
  • Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day is 100% extra.

We offer 14 and 30 day payment terms for VAT invoiced accounts (subject to a successful credit check). Card prices are the same as 14 day accounts. All accounts are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. Our structure of hiring self-employed drivers to assist our employed staff means some chauffeur rates and card transactions may not be subject to VAT.
