If you are considering careers opportunities, would you like to join our chauffeur team and become a DrivenByQ driver? If you like meeting people and you have high standards, there are two options available to you.
DrivenByQ Employee Chauffeur
An employed DrivenByQ driver can earn upward of £15 per hour. DrivenByQ offer 28 days a year holiday and a company pension scheme. Payments are made on a monthly basis. To qualify as an employee we like you to have:
- A minimum of three GCSEs or equivalent
- A minimum of five-years driving experience
- For insurance purposes a minimum of one-year’s private hire experience and licence (including enhanced DBS police check)
- A clean driving licence
- A First Aid Certificate
- A current advanced driving qualification
- A valid Group 2 medical (or be capable of passing)
A DrivenByQ driver will work some very irregular hours so a high degree of flexibility is required. On joining our team, you will receive full training. This will ensure you are confident with customers and you are eligible to drive our Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Please note, DrivenByQ will NEVER ask you for money in order to provide employment. Self-Employed Driver
A self-employed DrivenByQ driver owns their own vehicle and receives their income through a combination of account work and debit/credit card payments. Corporate work is subject to a commission rate starting at just 10% with monthly deductions in arrears. To qualify, DrivenByQ require:
- An executive vehicle less than seven-years old (preferably a Mercedes) with leather seats and climate-control
- A minimum of three GCSEs or equivalent
- A minimum of five-years driving experience
- A private hire vehicle licence
- A private hire driving licence
- An operator licence if you are not licenced by Wrexham County Borough Council as a driver
- A clean DVSA driving licence
As the nature of our work is executive, there is an assessment with a DrivenByQ advanced driver. If successful, you will receive further training on our standards, etiquette and online booking system (used to communicate journey information).
