August 2020
DrivenByQ are kindly requesting all passengers to wear a face mask when travelling. We have free hand-sanitiser available in all vehicles.
Our vehicles are regularly sanitised and your driver will wear a mask. Where possible and practical, a window / sunroof in the vehicle will be opened slightly to increase ventilation. Our Mercedes V Class has (optional and electric) rear-opening windows which many people carriers do not offer.
It may be reassuring to know our vehicles and drivers only cover a few journeys each day – we are not like a taxi company dealing with random members of the general public. All passengers are requested to book online so we have full track and trace system available. Social distancing of up to 3 metres is available in the V Class people carrier (with electric doors).
Unfortunately we are no longer able to offer a hand-shake or assist with luggage. If you do need assistance with luggage please contact us in advance to discuss your requirements. Drivers can use (single-use) gloves if absolutely required. If just one passenger is travelling, the Mercedes V Class is now available at just 25% more than an executive saloon car price.
