October 2021

DrivenByQ are glad to announce all our employees are back at work from furlough. This means better admin support, greater availability and extra capacity to cater for our business passenger needs.

September 2021

We are glad to announce a 350% increase in sales this month. It appears the return of business travel has begun. The last quarter is usually our busiest part of the year and the increase is welcome as the furlough scheme is wound down.

June 2021

DrivenByQ have moved. Our registered office is now closer to Wrexham town centre. Our registered office address is St Andrews House, Yale Business Village, Ellice Way, Wrexham LL13 7YL.

May 2021

As the UK economy starts to open up again, we are glad to announce that we can assist with luggage again. With the latest data on fomites, the risk of transmission through surfaces is considered minimal.

November 2020

DrivenByQ are proud to announce the introduction of a same day courier and delivery service.

August 2020

DrivenByQ are kindly requesting all passengers to wear a face mask when travelling. We have free hand-sanitiser available in all vehicles.

Our vehicles are regularly sanitised and your driver will wear a mask. Where possible and practical, a window / sunroof in the vehicle will be opened slightly to increase ventilation. Our Mercedes V Class has (optional and electric) rear-opening windows which many people carriers do not offer.

It may be reassuring to know our vehicles and drivers only cover a few journeys each day – we are not like a taxi company dealing with random members of the general public. All passengers are requested to book online so we have full track and trace system available. Social distancing of up to 3 metres is available in the V Class people carrier (with electric doors).

The Mercedes V250d with electric sliding doors (no contact required)

Unfortunately we are no longer able to offer a hand-shake or assist with luggage. If you do need assistance with luggage please contact us in advance to discuss your requirements. Drivers can use (single-use) gloves if absolutely required. If just one passenger is travelling, the Mercedes V Class is now available at just 25% more than an executive saloon car price.
